At Aube Conciergerie, we’ve opted for a simple and transparent pricing structure. Regardless of the type of property entrusted to us, our management fee remains the same.
Our commission is calculated based on the rental income generated by your property, in accordance with the terms set forth in our management agreement.
It includes our support in managing your short-term rental: handling reservations, communicating with guests, organizing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating services, and monitoring the property.
Cleaning fees are included in the reservation total and billed to guests. They are separate from our management fee.
The payment terms for cleaning services and, if applicable, laundry services are established in advance, with full transparency.
Any exceptional services not included in our support package will be billed at a rate provided in advance.
